What to expect
1. Talks
First we will discuss your requirements via email, phone or Zoom. I will then email you a proposal for you to review and confirm.
Once that is agreed I will send you my free quotation.
2. Design
Once you approve the quotation I will create a draft design for you to review and advise any changes. I then share a new version of the draft design. This process continues until you are happy to approve the design.
3. Launch
I will create, upload and configure and test your website before your go live.
Then I will arrange a session to talk you through everything and answer any questions.
4. Maintain
Your maintenance and support plan will be tailored to need. I will make regular checks to confirm the site is running and up to date. Updates and changes will be provided as agreed.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The basic, standard, and advanced plans start at £250, £500 and £750 respectively. Actual costs will depend on your specific requirements and budget.
I always aim to quote fairly and competitively. Quotations are provided with a breakdown of costs and payment plan options if requested.
how long will my website take?
This depends on a lot of factors including the number of requirements and how much other work I have on. As a guide I would estimate 2 - 3 weeks for Basic, 5 - 8 weeks for Standard, and a minimum of 10 weeks for Advanced. The quotation will include a better estimate.
what’s your background?
I studied Fine Art followed by four decades experience of working creatively. My design skills include websites, logos, and branding. I also possess strong business and IT knowledge as I also worked for a major logistics company for 27.5 years.
I take pride in working methodically and diligently to hit deadlines.
what are your payment terms?
I will quote and bill in two stages: Stage 1: design and Stage 2: implementation and hosting.
For Stage 1 a payment of 50% is due up front and the balance when a baselined design is agreed. For Stage 2 options to pay monthly or annually will be advised.
